To store valuable goods like sea urchins, swordfish, or sashimi-grade tuna, long-haul maritime transportation is needed to maintain the product’s flavor, texture, freshness, and value on the first day. The inside temperature of these  reefer container is significantly lower to improve insulation on the walls and doors, which also keeps the air temperature steady and constant even when the engine is not running.
